Our policy framework
hokiplay operates under these terms of service for all account holders in supported Indonesian regions. Your account agreement is binding when you tick 'I accept' during registration. We process transactions through DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS, each with their own payment network rules that layer on top of ours. Gameplay is governed by per-game provider terms (Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft and
others publish their own RTP and feature rules). Disputes are resolved in line with Indonesian consumer protection guidance. Your account data is encrypted; payment credentials never touch our servers directly.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
